Rishi Kumar

Founder & Co-CEO

Rishi Kumar is an engineer, innovator, and serial entrepreneur who has built his career creating value at the nexus of technology and finance. As an MIT computer scientist and former derivatives trader on Wall Street, Rishi co-founded Kashable, a financial wellness company that brings an innovative approach to consumer lending, by providing employees with access to socially responsible, low-cost credit. Rishi serves as Co-CEO of Kashable, overseeing its technology, product development, credit, and operations functions.

By combining his engineering techniques for analyzing big data with cutting-edge financing and underwriting, Rishi created a digitally native solution that provides quick access to affordable credit for working Americans. Since the company’s founding in 2013, Kashable has raised over $200M in equity and debt capital, and has partnered with more than 250 companies to provide millions of employees with financial health, wealth and financial wellness tools.

Rishi is also the founder of Coral Capital Solutions, a commercial finance company specializing in factoring and asset-based lending that launched in 2008.

Einat Steklov

Founder & Co-CEO

Einat Steklov is the CEO and co-founder of Kashable, a financial wellness company that brings an innovative approach to consumer lending by providing access to socially responsible, low-cost credit to employees. As an Israeli immigrant, Einat witnessed firsthand the difficulty of establishing financial security in the U.S. As a result, she founded Kashable in 2013 alongside entrepreneur Rishi Kumar, to help transform the way working Americans access credit. Under Einat's leadership, Kashable has raised over $200M in equity and debt capital, and has partnered with more than 250 companies to provide millions of employees with financial health, wealth and financial wellness tools.

An accomplished executive with P&L accountability, Einat is also the founder of Coral Capital Solutions, a commercial finance company specializing in factoring and asset-based lending that launched in 2008. She combines business acumen with innate leadership abilities to recruit, build and retain top performing professionals and excels in dynamic and challenging environments. Since inception, Coral Capital has enabled dozens of businesses to successfully grow, improve performance, and realize their full potential through Coral Capital’s affordable financing solutions.

Einat was honored as one of the Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs in 2022 at the company’s Builders and Innovators Summit. She received an LLB from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Hoon Joo

Chief Technology Officer

Hoon serves as Chief Technology Officer for Kashable. A 20-year technology veteran with expertise in service-oriented cloud/enterprise architecture and integrations, Hoon drives Kashable’s engineering and infrastructure strategy and plays a key role in managing its software development.

Previously, Hoon served as a Sr. Enterprise Architect at a New Jersey-based Fintech consulting firm working with dozens of financial institutions -- ranging from small to multinational Fortune 500 -- in building secure and scalable enterprise Decision Support Systems across the full consumer lending life cycle from loan originations to servicing, portfolio management, and collections. During his tenure, he worked on a wide range of consumer lending products, such as credit cards, auto and educational lending, merchant acquisitions, and even small business and corporate lending.

Hoon holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering degree, both in Computer Science from Cornell University, with concentrations in Macro Economics and Data Science.

Jameson Fauver

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Jameson works closely with insurance brokers and benefit marketplaces to deliver the Kashable offering to employees. Starting with Sun Life Financial, Jameson has spent his entire professional career working in employee benefits. When not spreading the word about Kashable, Jameson likes to be physically active, playing for two soccer teams in NYC during the week and golfing & hiking outside the city on the weekends.

Amanda Nobile

Senior Vice President of Compliance

Amanda is a licensed attorney and has been with Kashable since 2015. As the Senior Vice President of Compliance, Amanda leads the compliance team and oversees regulatory compliance requirements for Kashable's consumer lending operations on both the federal and state level. Amanda has held various leadership roles across the company including managing the operations and account management teams. Prior to joining Kashable, Amanda began her legal career at a law firm representing state financial institutions on regulatory matters with a focus on lending operations.

Nadav Glucklich

Senior Vice President of Operations

Nadav leads Kashable’s Operations, responsible for our consumer and employer relationships and success. He has over 15 years of track record, helping large financial institutions including Goldman Sachs and Thomson Reuters to scale and improve their global operations.
